Taken from the great Gautama Buddha, it's important that we find ourselves in a place of gratitude and contentment with finding ourselves in good health. With the world being in a state of uncertainty, there is no telling what the future will bring. The unfortunate truth is that Covid-19 can take a hold of anyone. It doesn't have preferences, it does not discriminate, and it will sneak up on its victim without them even knowing it. Medical professionals across the globe are working tirelessly to treat and combat this horrible disease, and they all have come to the same conclusive argument that practicing social distancing and only going out when absolutely necessary is the best way to combat the disease.
Sadly, people across the globe have lost there lives to Cover-19, but there have also so many people that have recovered from it. Covid-19 is not a death sentence. There is no reason to put unwanted stress on something that is out of our control. The best thing we can do is listen to the medical professionals, practice social distancing, and remember to have same idea of contentment of health as Buddha.
Health is the greatest Gift

Have faith for the future. The world isn't ending, businesses will open again, life as we knew it will resume as before. Stay positive and be grateful for the that wonderful gift of health.
